Welcome to Top Dead Center Fitness everybody! I wouldn’t be where I am today without your support and positivity. Nearly every day I get asked a health/fitness question of some sort, or have one myself. I am NOT the most knowledgeable person on the earth, and don’t know everything about human health, but I have relentless drive to LEARN.

This blog’s purpose is to inform those who are striving to live a healthier life, or simply want to learn more everyday. I constantly find myself on the National Center for Biotechnology Information website (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed). Here you can find studies on how specific supplements affect the body, or how specific foods raise insulin levels, lower cholesterol, increase production of hormones in the body naturally, or produce ketones.

Keeping this knowledge to myself wouldn’t benefit me nearly as much as sharing it with you all.
