How to get the ball rolling. It’s easier than you think. You don’t need to have the exact path planned out, every turn, every hill, but wouldn’t that be nice. Most of the time the biggest step you can take is the initial step forward.

I’ve been here before, for the longest time I’ve been trying to figure out how to make my YouTube videos perfect, and along the way I’ve lost countless months because I set my standards way too high.

What I’m trying to say is that you don’t have to have a full on game plan, just the most minute push will gain the most momentum in the direction you want to go.

If you want to eat healthy, just grab some healthy food! You don’t have to over analyze everything and try to figure out how many carbs, or if carbs are bad, nor any of that bullsh*t. Grab a f*cking banana and eat it! Stay on that routine for a week, make it a habit, then double it with two fruits a day for another week.

Stay consistent!

After you’ve made the “Babiest” of step, then start to analyze and think whats next. While you’re analyzing how you can improve you’re still taking those baby steps that you’ve built over the past few weeks, and that makes a huge difference. Trust me.

This can apply to almost everything in life, most people WASTE so much time plotting their first move, that they fall so far behind or in cases never even start.

Sign up for that class.

Talk to that person.

Go to the gym.

Grab any Fruit.

Talk to your manager.

Make rash decisions.

Apologize rather than remain in silence.
