You can train as hard as you can, day after day, but if you do not fuel your body with the correct food you will not see results.

The best “Diets” are ones that don’t feel like one. You don’t have to eat bland foods to consider yourself  healthy. Quite the opposite! I believe “Healthy” is a state of mind as well, and sometimes not eating correctly leaves you disconnected with that state of mind.

Proper Nutrition can be tricky at first, especially if you do not know much about it to begin with. But setting a good foundation is the most crucial step for succeeding in any endeavor you wish.

The programs I offer are flexible according to your goals. Whether trying to lose weight, build muscle, eat better, or live healthier, I can help you achieve that goal.

Give me the opportunity to show you enjoyable ways of achieving your goals and I promise you won’t regret it.

Send me an email here and just ask a question, anything at all.

I’m not here to strike oil, I’m here to make an impact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q-Do I have to go to the gym to lose weight or gain muscle?

A-You do not NEED to have a membership at a gym to lose weight nor gain muscle. Most of the time, an adjustment of proper nutrition will provide the most change in fat loss. Although for muscle growth, resistance training at a gym will speed up the process.

Q-Will I have to eat boring meals everyday?

A-No, my programs will teach you how to apply the foods you enjoy eating on a daily basis to reach your goal.

Q- Can I CRUNCH my way to having abs?

A-Probably the most common misconception. You can do a million sit-ups every day but you will never see your abs if your body fat doesn’t decrease.  “ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN.”

“If tomorrow doesn’t happen, would you still do what you’re about to do today? If that answer is no, you’re alive, but you’re not living.” -Greg Plitt
